[bedrock] Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was having server issues with bedrock on my pc a few days, so i uninstalled and re-installed. Now, even on only 10 chunk render distance i am getting less than 10 fps with an RTX 4070 Super and an Intel i5-14400f. Before hand, i was getting almost a constant 180. Now after reinstalling this is happening and i cannot find a fix for it. Also now whenever i swap over to vibrant visuals, every block is just completely shiny which i know isn't supposed to happen. If someone could help that would be great.
