job as a fresher

I'm 25f indian i have completed my Pgdm in marketing. The first ever job I got was after the placement. It was a sales job. I took it as everyone insisted to take a job in sales and then in a year or so switch to marketing as it's more beneficial and you get more market knowledge. Now the thing is I quit the job in just 2 months as it was so much pressure and my manage She was tox&c. Due to too much pressure i left. But now it's been 3 months at home and I feel hopeless. I apply I even get a call back but I'm unable to push myself to give interviews. I feel like I have lost my way. I purposefully dont pick up HR calls. I hardly even apply. Idk along the way I have lost my confidence. How can I get my spark back? Please help me I need help as I'm also a fresher and where can I apply and which job titles i should look for? Any any other tip would be helpful. I'm interested in branding and digital marketing. I'm having a hard time starting up
