Hyperwallet last name mismatch

Just curious how long it takes to process the edit/ update of name in Hyperwallet to match IRS details. Is there anyone who has gone through this? Been struggling with the support from 28th and havent been able to cashout.

At the moment, telus support replied saying they verified and forwaded the details to hyperwallet. This stage has 2 days already and hyperwallet support isnt going through. Is there like a better way? Just curious how this whole thing works, or is it this project as a whole.

Anyone here who can help or give advice as i have waited enough lol.
