Having extreme health anxiety. 39y F, went for my annual Gyn exam on Monday, told her I had discomfort near rectum. She said a small fissure. Had no other symptoms outside of the discomfort until yesterday. Bleeding started and has continued for two days. Every bathroom trip even just urination, blood splot on toilet paper. It kinda looks like a round circle sponge. Not much during BM other than first one yesterday. Yesterday afternoon, started having chills, body aches, soreness in butt, back and leg. Overnight fever and much of the day today and continued bleeding. Anyone experienced this just with the fissure? Why still bleeding? Doctor called in the nifedepine ointment and scheduled visit with colorectal Dr on Monday. Could it be infection? So much anxiety and worry
