Husband too shy to initiate?

Just wondering if there are husbands or men who are just too shy to initiate sex?

Husband and I are in our 30s. No kids. We've been married for 5 years. We've done the deed before marriage. I've been seeing him with a hard on kaya ako ang nag-initiate and pumapatol naman siya.

For the first or second year, active ang sex life namin but recently, hindi. We've talked about it by the way. We've talked about what we want and our kinks and all.

Even told him to do it kahit tulog ako. Or kahit gisingin niya ako as long as he wants to do it.

Apparently, nahihiya daw siya. (Yes, until now.)

And it sort of frustrates me. Feeling ko ako lang yung kating-kati sa amin. I feel fat and ugly. Wala ng amor sa katawan.

This lack of sex makes my anxiety worse.

Help. Any suggestions?
