Lump under jawline
I (29f) have two lumps under my jaw line, deep back towards where the jaw meets the throat on my left side. I noticed them maybe three or so months back. They are small (pea/marble size) and hard and not on my right side. They don’t move much, almost feel like cartilage and under my jaw hurts after I mess with them. I’ve also been having an aching behind my left ear (lymph node doesn’t appear to be swollen but that’s where the aching is) and for the last year-ish have had tinnitus in that ear. I have also had some voice hoarseness and my resting heart rate has been elevated higher than my usual the last couple months. And I’ve just felt not well. The doctors don’t seem concerned, some saying they can’t even feel what I’m talking about. We did an ultrasound on the lymph nodes (not the one behind ear, just under jaw) that was unremarkable. The ent did a scope down my nose to look at tonsils and they seemed fine. I am concerned about salivary gland cancer or something of that nature and missing it at an early stage, because it is really odd and feels really off.. I just don’t know how hard I should push and what for? An mri or ct with contrast? We are wanting to try to conceive but I have been hesitant to get pregnant before getting answers on what’s going on, but I’m just getting nothing.
