Help me help Mimi

For context: Mimi girl is a 7yr Pomeranian. Her vet messed up her spae and now she has spotty alopecia and hormonal issues. She is healthy but slight snausage shape. We had to make the difficult decision to shave her because skin issues were hard to see, suspected yeast, and for ease of widespread treatment. We noticed some dark "mole-like" spots. she has several all over. Question: Does anyone else have this on their doggo?
