In the last chapter, Okubo shows the fighters' odds of victory, according to the association. This chart focuses more on the fighter's popularity, than on their strength (although both variables are related).

Therefore, I will try to figure out the “why” behind each odds, based solely on the achievements known to the association. This means that if “A” defeated to “B” in a park and not in a match, it doesn’t count. Or, if A is very strong, but the association did not know his face, he will be treated like a bum.

**1. Shen Wulong:** He is the Yujiro of the verse, he obliterated all the security of the association (including Metsudo's bodyguards and Kure Clan) using only "palmadas arias" (sorry for Spanish joke).

**2. Kanoh Agito:** More than 160 victories recognized by the association, winner of the RCT, and one of the four finalists of the KAT. Enough merits.

**3. Gaolang Wongsawat:** Runner-up in the RCT, he stood up to Kanoh twice, despite his defeats. He also beaten Jurota, one of the two kings of Purgatory. Also, he is the undisputed heavyweight champion of Boxing in the public world.

**4. Kuroki Gensai:** Winner of KAT and the first man to defeat Kanoh. Since then, he hasn't done much else, officially. His fight against The Connector is not public knowledge.

**5. Tokita Ohma:** Runner-up in the KAT, and the first man able to defeat Rolón, king of purgatory. Also, he has beaten monsters like Wakatuski and Raian Kure, so is pretty known as a strong man.

**6. Rolón Donaire:** The once undefeated king of purgatory, he has won twice against Jurota, and given a worthy fight to Kanoh Agito. He only has loss against people above him in the chart.

**7. Wakatuski Takeshi:** Over 300 victories in the Kengan matches. Despite being a punching bag in his last fight, against Fei “Kamikaze” Wangfang, he still remains as an old reliable option.

**8. Julius Reinhold:** Pretty much the same as Wakatuski, D4’s champion, more than 50 victories. However, in his last fight he was a jobber, which must have weakened his popularity.

**9. Arashiyama Jurota:** One of the two kings of Purgatory, and the second man who defeat Kanoh. Although, he lost twice to Rolón and was eliminated in the first round of RCT by Gaolang. Being honest, his win against Kanoh is what make him being in the top 10.

**10. Okubo Naoya:** He is the champion of UFC, so is well known in the public sphere. So, despite his loss to Kanoh (in which he given a worthy fight before Kanoh use formless), and Sekibayashi, he’s still popular within the Kengan Association.

**11. Hatsumi Sen:** A strong warrior, with more than 40 victories in the Kengan matches. Although, he is well known for being everything but reliable. Nobody knows if he is in peak condition or in his worst (For me, both are equal; he almost lost to Kaneda, the weakest not jobber character).

**12. Sekibayashi Jun:** With 61 victories, a better performance and a much better list of opponents, like Okubo or Saw Paing. Sekibayashi would be in the top 10, if it weren’t for his committee to not blocking or dodging. In a long-stand match, like this one, it will be prejudicial.

**13. Lihito:** Winner of the Berserker Bowl, his Razor Blade is the reason why he is so above in the list. The difference of strength will don’t matter, because any opponent will blood, forcing them to quit. Even the Kengan Association deliberated on using his Razor Blade to beat Shen Wulong.

**14. Imai Cosmo:** With a well run in the KAT, and being the winner of the Pool B of the Berserker Bowl, in combination with his zone and foresight, Imai Cosmo is a good option. Also, his training with Kiozan sure made him stronger, but the association doesn’t know.

**15. Misasa:** The Eight Fang of Metsudo, and the second-in-command of the Extermination Force, his only win in screen is against Yumigahama, an ex-fang, so his titles are who make their renown.

**16. Kono Haruo:** He is known for won a Battle Royale (Kengan Ashura Chapter 49), and for being in SJPW. So, his strength is now public knowledge. Although, the association has never seen him fight with their new build, so maybe his odds are supposed to be higher.

**17. Kim Janggi:** An A-list gladiator and one of the supernovas; the one with the best track record. He was considered to participate in Kengan vs. Purgatory, but ultimately went as a bench fighter.  He won against Onoda, that’s something. Therefore, I suppose that he is a typical potential man.

**18. Kure Raian:** Known for beat Mokichi Robinson until almost death, and give a worthy fight to Ohma, the runner-up of the KAT. He is also infamous for kill Alan Kure, and, because kill is against the rules, you won’t put your money in someone so savage. So, despite his strength, he is so low.

**19. Muteba Gizenga:** Known for his excellent performance in the KAT, and for being a legendary mercenary in the underground. However, he was the only one who thrown his match when he concluded that victory doesn’t compensate the risk. You don’t want to bet money on someone who will retreat if things escalate too much.

**20. Liu Dongcheng:** An A-list gladiator of the Purgatory, and the last Demon Fist. He is recognized by his fellows as a difficult foe, only if his “gears” are fully mesh. If his doesn’t have their temper in calm, he loses with ease (like with Carlos Medel). So, he has the same problem as Hatsumi.

**21. Xia Yan:** He is The Connector's right-hand man, and that's all. The association knows nothing about him, and neither do we. His fight with Kanoh was a staring contest, and it's not even public knowledge. Therefore, his position is the subject of speculation.

**22. Nicolas Le Banner:** Officially, the majority of the Kengan Association doesn’t know the story between Nicolas and Jean Luc, so I suppose they believe that this Nicolas is the same “Nicolas” from purgatory, the one from the KvP, and therefore, hence his position.

**23. Kiozan Takeru:** An Ozeki from the public sphere, the second highest rank in general of sumo. Their only on-screen official matches were losses. But, I think his position is because his stamina of rikishi wouldn’t withstand twelve hours of match.

**24. Takayama Minoru:** One of the closest Metsudo’s bodyguards, he hasn’t done too much. But, he endured two bitch slaps from Shen. But, in general, I think that his spot is more for his position.

**25. Toa Mudo:** Former Heroic Tales’ open weight champion, and A-list gladiator from Purgatory. He has the frame of a living mountain, but he hasn’t demonstrated nothing impressive enough.

**26. Carlos Medel:** The best pound-per-pound boxer, won to Gaolang with extreme difficulty and also to Koga, when he fell to B-list. So, maybe that’s the “why” he has this position in the chart.

**27. Saw Paing:** Winner of the pool G of Berserker Bowl, and one of the four finalists of this one. Win against great foes like Falcon or Sekibayashi, but also lost against foes like Lihito, or Mokichi.

**28. Adam Dudley:** Winner of the pool F of Berserker Bowl. He has grown as fighter, but because his philosophy of battle, which made him lose to Ryuki, gamblers maybe not have hope on him.

**29. Onoda Ikkai:** One of the Supernovas, he lost against Kim in the Berserker Bowl, and his only on-screen battle is losing to Koga. So, IDK, I suppose the gamblers believe in the Tibetans monks.

**30. Narushima Koga:** One of the Supernovas, the Runner-up of Berserker Bowl, with their losses, officially, being against people above him. But he hasn’t reach the major leagues, even in dreams.

**31. The Falcon:** An A-list gladiator, and the former middleweight champion of Heroic Tales. With a decent list of foes; like Sawada or Lihito, or Saw Paing. He hasn’t done too much after the KvP.

**32. Nam Khat:** One of the Supernovas, his only on-screen fight is losing against Saw Paing. So, is a jobber with all the letters capitalized.

**33. Jose Kanzaki:** A well-known SJPW member from the public sphere. However, someone with the force of Yumigahama destroyed him, so, anyone above Yumi would vaporize to the Mexican.

**34. Himuro Ryo:** His only official matches on-screen were a loss to Kaneda, and another to Haruo. But, comments here and there and off-screen fights make him the literal “potential man” meme.

**35. Gaoh Ryuki:** Winner of the pool H of the Berserker Bowl, and one of their four finalists. With an inconsistent performance, losing against a bum in the group stage and killing his opponent in the KvP making him a bad choice, at least on the eyes of the gamblers. Gaoh is sure very strong.

**36. Mikazuchi Rei:** With a great performance in the KAT, he would have been in a better spot. If it weren’t for the stress that his martial art put him on a long-match, Saw Paing and Kuroki shown to the association the weaknesses of the Raishin Style. Also, he hasn’t been on a fight since KAT.

**37. Hong Xiahou:** A man with a lot of wins against jobbers, but when the foe has name, he loses.

**38. Inaba Ryo:** His only official match was against Ohma in KAT, and it lost. Nothing more to say.

**39. Justin Kitagawa:** Champion of Underground-1, and semifinalist of the RCT. I’m sure that him is stronger than Onoda, but he doesn’t have the career on the public sphere as Okubo, and either has the underground career than people above him. So, I supposed that’s the “why” of his spot.

**40. Leonardo Silva:** Winner of the pool A of the Berserker Bowl, with his better win being against Hong Xiahou, man above him in the odds. So, I suppose that his loss against Koga vaporized their popularity between gamblers.

**41. Katahara Retsudo:** Captain of the Extermination Force. He doesn’t have an official record of Kengan matches, so, it’s his title who makes the enough reputation to be worthy of this position.

**42. Yurikawa Taiju:** Literally a jobber which better feat was block a punch of a rookie Gaoh Ryuki.

**43. #1:** Nobody knows a thing about him. So literally, they bet on him because “he is the number one, Mr. Krabs”, and then, he must be the strongest between all the aura farmers of the Worm.

**44. Nikaido Ren:** In their last, and only, Kengan match he was whaled by Setsuna. Maybe, now that he is a Metsudo's bodyguard, he is more popular. Ah, fools, Battlefield Nikaido is invincible!

**45. Akoya Seishu:** His last matches, whenever he wins or loses, always have their motto “Police Brutality coming up”. So, because killing is against rules, you don't want to bet on a time bomb.

**46. Kaneda Suekichi:** The weakest not jobber man in verse, even if his “determined prediction” makes him able to go toe-on-toe with people like Hatsumi, he must escalate the Everest to stand a chance against The Connector.

**47. Fu Zhan:** Nobody knows a darn thing about him, he is SO a zero to the left that the gamblers must believe that #1 is the left hand of The Connector instead of him. His fight with Rolón was a literal constant metal pipe falling sound effect, and it's not even public knowledge.

**48. Hayami Masaki:** He has no background on the public sphere and only has two matches until now, the most important one is against Jurota, and it was treated as a ragdoll until he eventually wins. So, it’s not a surprise that speculators don’t have any hope on this guy winning.

**49. Chiba Takayuki:** With a decent performance in the group stage of Berserker Bowl, but losing always that have to fight someone with a real name. Stupid gamblers, the don’t see that Chiba will copy The Connector’s memories, it gonna say “it’s connect time” and will connect them all.

**50. Chopstick Johnny:** This guy has the best name ever, he surely will to do something and it will be great, or a mess, there’s no middle point. But hey, have more chances than Gilbert Wu.

**51. Gilbert Wu:** Maybe the Kengan Association members have heard rumors about how Edward killed Erioh and how strong he was. But, I’m pretty sure they don’t know anything about Gilbert, not even a by word of mouth.  They sure believe he is strong as Alan Wu, and will share his fate.

**52 – 55. Numbered guys:** All of them are basically the same, so they throwing darts for the odds.

**56. Keizaburo Sawada:** This guy hasn’t seen a good day after the KAT. Not only he lost for forfeit, officially, against Julius (and lost in offstage anyway), but also he lost to Falcon in Berserker Bowl, and his other fights weren't seen, and got eliminated in group stage. Nobody gives a chip on him.

**57. #6:** The typical mysterious fighter that nobody knows, they threw darts to see the odds, and they hit the spot, cause’ he is currently being demolished by Ohma.

**58. Jean-Luc Belmondo:** Alike Nicolas, since most of Kengan Association doesn't know the story between Nicolas and Jean Luc, they must believe Jean is a random guy who comes from nowhere.

**59 – 62. Numbered guys and Dodo:** Like the other numbered guys, nobody knows who they are. Although Dodo has a funny name, I guess.

**63. Funayama Yoshiki:** An C-list gladiator who was a literal potato bag to pad Koga's record. RIP Bozo, nobody given a bit for you, except that guy who bet 500 million yen, that’s like, ten dollars.

**64. Utsubuki Kokuro:** The first wall in Koga's path. A guy whose best win was against a weakened Murobuchi Gozo, as he himself admitted. He didn't get a chance to show Shen “the stinger” and be praised for dominate that kick, like “oh, I haven’t seen this technique in centuries, good job”, and then gets slapped. RIP Bozo, much ado about nothing.

Trying to figure out the "why" of the positions in the [SPOILER].
