Game Crashing in Chapter 10 Switch Version

First time player here. In chapter 10, when the Occupant and Secretary are merging and talking to each other as Watcher and ALLMOTHER (scene reenactment of when Iris was killed), the game freezes before crashing when the dialogue “No-“ is started by Source. This has happened multiple times when I boot up the game from the crash, and I don’t know what to do. Is this the best place to report the issue, or should I post this somewhere else?
