Fedora blue box and keyboard scrolling can't figure it out

Running the latest fedora 43 and when I swap windows with gnome a blue box appears which causes my keyboard to spam left or right. I swapped keyboards, mice, and all my accessibility settings are disabled. I have rebooted my pc. It just started happening randomly but after I upgraded to 43 from 42.
