How to replace AC center vents with the clock on a 2013 Lexus IS350 (3rd Gen)?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out how to remove and replace the center AC vents unit (the one that includes the analog clock) on my 2013 Lexus IS350 RWD (3rd gen, 2GR-FSE).

If anyone has done this before, I’d really appreciate instructions, tool recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
