Psychological Effect

I just took my first dose yesterday, and am not 100% convinced I’m making the right decision by going on Zepbound. I am paying out of pocket for the medication, which is doable but still hurts.

What I found interesting today is that because of the price I paid for the medication, I didn’t want to waste it. I didn’t want to not have the most effective treatment because of my laziness and poor habits.

Consequently, I was in the gym for 30 minutes for and then in the treadmill for a mile for the first time in many, many years. Which I think is a cool, unexpected side effect of the price. Also, I haven’t been hungry today.
