Vivo x200 FE laggy

Has anybody else had the same issue? Some apps run slow freezing and closing at times, videos take some time to load on Google photos only showing a black screen, it gets buggy while scrolling (sometimes touch doesn't register) and if I'm watching a video the screen goes black for a couple of seconds when switching between apps (which is also laggy at times).

I got it last week and it's my first Vivo phone, I was excited for the specs since they seemed good but they don't feel that way at all. I'm not sure whether I should ask for a replacement or just return it.
