Personal experience with reflux shield?

Hey everyone, had a quick question in regards to Hiatal Hernia health. I’ve been watching https://youtu.be/7lx1oRssonc?si=7pA8_4UThNDsytIY synergy wellness from New York the past few days with claims that the reflux shield/ chiropractic methods can help with pushing down the stomach. However I’ve heard many claims stating that the stomach cannot be pushed back down into place, and that doing so may be dangerous? Any personal experiences? Sorry, i know I’ve been active the past few weeks here. No official diagnosis yet but next Thursday I’ll be towards my first endoscopy.
