Money not yet credited to US stocks wallet

Hello, I have deposited 90K INR in IndMoney app on 29th October, and till date,money was not credited into my US stocks wallet. the initial ETA date was 4th November, then 5th,7th and now it's 11th November. I raised a ticket too, and I was informed that they will check with the bank and broker. Despite me doing multiple followups, there's no proper response from the support team.
