Stalled cycle after Orilissa

I'm just sad today. I finished up my three months of Orilissa and the plan was to roll straight into a modified natural transfer cycle (trigger shot + progesterone suppositories). Except that I'm 16 days into my cycle and my estrogen is dropping instead of rising and my ovaries appear to have completely stalled out.

My LH is still rising, so it's entirely possible that this will be an anovulatory cycle, which means I will need to wait for the next one, which will start to run into the two-week Christmas shutdown, which means it will probably be January before I can try another transfer. Which is not ideal, given that I stopped the Orilissa in mid-October.

I'm trying hard not to spiral, but it all feels hopeless. I'm $65k and almost two years into this process and all I have to show for it is an extra 15 pounds and pants that don't fit.
