Req $31, can repay $40 11/12, (Venmo, PayPal, cashapp)

My dog just got out of surgery & the vet prescribed him Deramaxx to help with his inflammation. Due to my other expenses I don’t have the full $85 & I’m looking to borrow the remaining $31. I can repay $40 on Wednesday 11/12 around 8pm when I get paid.
