Any good barbers/salons that can give a good texturized cut for a man?

I’m having trouble finding a skilled barber that will be able to give me haircuts I want.

Everybody I’ve been to just seems to make it flat and not super layered and it always leaves me disappointed as I have to spend another 3 months growing it out again just to try again and be disappointed again.
