How to get revision deleted?

Got an old revision I want deleted for personal reasons.

I’ve tried emailing oversight but they declined to remove the content (didn’t fit their policy)

The revision deletion page isn’t very clear on what to do, I don’t want the request to be publicly seen and I want to do it privately.

How can I do this? Can I contact an admin directly? If so, how? It’s so confusing!
