Upgrade Debit is in Exp month but still active. Yet all 3rd parties are rejecting it. Attempted cashback on purchases, adding to dig wallet/P2P. Any idea whose atm/card system will take(a 11/25 card)?

Ive been told it comes down to the 3rd party. its at their discretion essentially bc they don’t know the ’exact’ date of the expiration. Albertsons, Google Wallet, Cash App, all rejected. Maybe a store with older Credit Card snipers? a certain gas station? anything? i sent money to this acct that i had not used in a couple of years. before knowing my conundrum, it posted. i need the money asap and ordering a new card will take 2 days min even if expedited… ideas? I tried linking up with my cash app boost card acct(to transfer funds instantly). They will not allow me to type in the number ‘5’ when i try inputting the 11/25 exp date… i may do a wire transfer but wanted to ask here first.
