Changing LC Subjects

I’m currently doing German and French as my foreign languages. I’m fluent in French, but not doing too well in German, so say if after my mocks in 6th Year and I completely fluke my German mock (around March 2027), would I be able to drop German completely, given that I will he registering as an external candidate? Would SEC allow that?
