More sanitary alternative to beauty blender?

I struggle with being very susceptible to staph on my face, it sucks a lot. I’m managing it medically but I don’t feel comfortable using a BB or any sponges anymore bc they are so hard to properly sanitize, especially when it needs to be done every day. Daily sanitation makes thick foundation brushes a challenge as well, but I hate using those anyway.

Any ideas? Something that can be washed well and be dry the next day, ideally washed easily as well. I really don’t want to sacrifice a very even application either. Thank you!
