Cannot stop/update certain containers (7.2.0)

Since my update from 7.1.4 to 7.2.0, I have been unable to update or stop a few of my containers and I am not sure why. Specifically my plex (linuxserver version) and calibre. After trying, the service itself becomes unavailable and the logs appear like everything inside was stopped, but I just get an "Execution error: Server error" popup.

Anyone else run into this or have any ideas?
