Best Game For Boyfriend?

My boyfriend has been wanting to do some more gaming on my Switch and has a bday coming up. He would probably want something pretty challenging but obviously fun/with a good concept. He really liked Breath of the Wild, but he tends to focus more on following the main goals and not doing all of the side quests. I only play relaxing games so I'm not familiar with what would be best for him. I keep seeing Cuphead and Celeste recommended; do those sound like they'd be good, or should something else be on my radar?
