Submitting SAT and IELTS late

Hi guys! I'm an international student and recently submitted to Rutgers NB EA. Though I initially planned to submit through common app, an agency I work with reccomended that they'd send my application for me because they have connection to some of the schools and can submit through a different portal (which I suspect is just the school's portal but whatever I guess) that would make it easier to earn scholarships. So, for most of the process, I just sent info and my essays to her and she filled out most of the menial work for me. She also had access to my college board accounts and IELTS scores so I assumed that she had sent those two as I had gotten good scores that would be good for sending. Though, I knew that Rutgers doesn't take self-report scores, so I repeatedly asked before submission if she had sent them. She said yes.

It's now been a week and I recently opened my Rutgers student center account. Lo and behold... the sat and english-proficinecy tests check boxes were not ticked. I asked her about it over text, and she seemed surprised that they had to be sent offically. She told me to just send it now anyway.

Should I just send it anyway? Is it too late? I read recently that Rutgers doesn't take supplemental material after the EA deadline (Nov 1). Should I email Rutgers about it? I'm jsut really bummed because I got really good scores on my IELTS and, while my SAT isn't fantastic, it's still good enough to confidently send. I don't know what to do. Please help!!!
