16 year old i need of help painful infection

hi, I’m really embarrassed to say this, but I’m 16 years old and I live with my dad who I don’t feel comfortable asking for a over a year. I’ve been dealing with something that I thought was a yeast infection but I am now almost certain it’s bacterial vaginosis. There is a local drugstore that I could Uber eats these tablets that are meant to treat bacterial vaginosis.
