The AI is just as bad as ever

Long story short, i am playing Milan, Tunis took parts of Italy and a coalition started against them. The war should have been won easily but the ai is too idiotic to siege a single fort and keep splitting into small stacks that get defeated by tunis. All this while i am forced to watch it for years because i don't have a navy. I am going mad
