Did I lose out on this job?

Wanted to give you guys a timeline and help figure out whether I could still get an offer, or whether I am getting ghosted.

Last Thursday - Final Interview, they said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks Monday- they contact only one of my three references Tuesday- Reference responds. Hiring manager says it matches what they are wanting Thursday- I send a one week post-interview follow up with the hiring manager. No response.

It is now Friday and I have not received any communication at all since my interview last Thursday. What do you guys think?
