Is this new (new to me) online marketplace site legit?

I was searching for new ways to list my house for sale, since I almost got scammed on ikman.lk. I came across this site called 'selling.lk' and just wanted to know if it's legit. Worth giving a try isn't it, since it's totally free? Wait! Is it new or did I just discover it?
