My microsoft account has been stolen and i can't sign in in microsoft apps even after making new account

My microsoft account got stolen two days ago and whoever stole it changed the mail to it so that i couldn't get it back. But the worst thing is that after making a new account with the same mail the other account had, wich is my main mail, it doesn't let me sign in in any microsoft app, with an error that reads issue with connection popping up after inserting the password or code, even though my connection is fully working. I dont know what to do i just want to be able to use microsoft apps again. I also lost my 9 years old minecraft account.
