Wecovy to terzepitide?

I’ve been taking wecovy for about three months to help deal with chronic inflammation. I’ve noticed that overall it has helped my inflammation, but I’m having some skin reactions like increased flushing and extremely dry skin on my face and scalp. I think it’s related to the wecovy because as I go up in dose it gets worse and when I lower the dose, it gets better. Has anyone been in this situation and switched from one to the other and had good luck? I’m trying to treat inflammation in the joints overall feeling of being extremely bloated,swelling in my extremities, round moon, face, flushing, and Hashimoto’s.
