Omocat order

Just got my order today. Sad thing is, I got 4 buttons, and got dupes for 2. So missing the one dark blue one. I also noticed there are some paint stains and stuff on my tote bag. Also, the hoodie had some super slight fading.
Am I able to wash the stains off and also if I can wash the hat. Tote bag says not to wash, I also contacted Omocat about the stains. Hopefully, I can get a replacement and the last button.
