Need honest help finding a decent Ergonomic Chair under 30,000 LKR

I need some genuine advice from people who actually sit at a desk all day. I'm looking for a comfortable ergonomic office chair, but my budget is tight right now (max 30k LKR).

I've done some research, and here is where I'm at:

• FB/Ikman: Flooded with options, but hard to tell what's actually good for posture.
• Gaming Chairs: I'm avoiding these. From what I've read on Reddit, the racing-style seats are bad for ergonomics and lumbar support.
• High-end brands: I know Herman Miller is the gold standard, but they are wildly expensive here now and completely out of my budget.
