Just checked into my airbnb but feel unsafe as in a high crime area [Australia]

Hi

I booked an AirBnB for a month

I looked at the location when I booked it, and it seemed ok on google maps and the reviews were mainly good

I arrived yesterday and checked in but the area is full of run down houses and warehouses and not much to do.

The wifi is rubbish and my data pack doesn't cover where I am

I have looked a bit harder and the crime rate is really high

I'm a lone female in a house share

I checked in yesterday and paid for 4 weeks, I don't want to stay here

what are my options, I will contact the host, would I be entitled to any refund

Every time i have used airbnb it's been great
