Up to 30kCAD budget but looking to save money, what do I buy?

I’m gonna be needing a new car in April-May and I don’t know what to get. I want AWD and preferably some clearance because I have some long snowy early morning drives in Canada and may be moving to the middle of nowhere in a few years. I want it to last 5-7 years and would like to sell/trade for maximum value at the end of that while also not needing to pour insane money into repairs. I’m open to financing at a low interest rate but can pay up to 15k outright without dipping into tax-advantaged accounts and ideally I’d be able to take a very low-interest loan. I’d love 0% for 84 months but could pay it a lot quicker than that, I just need low payments until May 2028 when the 100k salary hits. I have mid 2026 to mid 2027 on 60k salary, then a year of nothing, then 100k plus forever. Aiming to buy nice enough that I don’t have to spend an excessive amount on repairs, maintenance, fuel and insurance but at the same time really not looking for a luxury car.
