Homeless Camps

I am currently looking for my friend.

She left in her vehicle and the last message I have from her from a few days ago is that it broke down and she's living in a homeless encampment somewhere.

I can't guarantee she's still in Surrey either.

It's not exactly a missing person situation, I don't think?

How do I find out a list of the encampments so I can try to find her?
