F150 3.5L ecoboost vs 3.5L ecoboost hybrid

I am looking at a F150 XLT with a tow/haul package.

How are the capacities different in terms of towing between the 3.5l ecoboost and 3.5l ecoboost hybrid?

I kind of like the idea of better mileage when not towing but have enough power when towing.
