Change Google maps post/search posts name and profile picture?!

I've been searching for hours and cannot figure out how to change the picture and name that shows up in google reviews; I got the 'Choose a name and picture for posting publicly that's separate from your google account' notification, I customized the name and picture, I now want to change that name and picture but when I click the profile in account settings there's no options to change anything.

Am I missing something?

Thanks

Example of notification, I did customize profile, cannot figure out how to change that name and profile.

Two separate accounts, cannot change settings for the bottom map/search posts picture of name
