I have to rows of genius wefts. I’ve gotten IBE and other hidden methods in the past and have loved it. I went to a new salon for my move ups because my old place got too expensive. I’m absolutely mortified. I got this done a week ago. All the hidden beads slid out and some of the rows are just unraveling. Also I think she put 6 wefts on the top row and only 3 on the bottom and my top row just hurts.

This new stylist (also salon owner) is always too busy, never responds to texts so it’s hard to book, her install took literally 30-45 mins and feels rushed. And when I tell her about my concerns she gets mad at me and is rude. She’s on the phone during my appointment. And even left me alone in the chair to do another clients hair while I was there.

How do I ask her to fix this? For the second time? I went in already because she placed it wrong (placed top row super high, bottom row where top row should be). And it was also unraveling. Now it’s placed ok, not great, but unraveling even more. She’s scary and mean. And gaslights me. The most sloppy work I’ve ever seen. I guess you get what you pay for. Also the extension color match for my highlights is so off. It was bleach blonde when she put it in….i had to tone it at home 😭

Bad install
