How much longer will Temu hang on?

He took a pretty severe thrashing yesterday, but after throwing the wee one under the bus it appears the judge put the brakes on as far as sanctions, but it was a last warning.

Clearly it's been loss after loss after loss and yesterday his client lost both RO's and was given a bill for $30,000 to pay SS's legal fees. Judge Powell called them frivolous filings and said his client is unreliable.

So $50,000 plus $30,000 and I'm guessing he's still owing Spindel money. There's also the sanctions motion from Merritt over the stupid subpoenas.

All for what? Because he refused to STFU about SS. And now he's legally forbidden to discuss him anyway.

IMO the train of filing for RO's and subpoenas left the station the minute he did the FTA on October 29th.
