Memorize the first 87 pages of this book says a Netflix CEO [Beyond entrepreneurship 2.0]
Hello Dear friends,
This is my first reddit post, I really can’t understand what does the author mean by this?
Quote:
“Financial incentives don’t — indeed cannot — cause companies to achieve greatness, for the simple reason that you cannot afford turn the wrong people into the right people with money. After all, if someone needs financial incentives to perform at a high level, he or she lacks the intense inner drive, the productive neurosis, required to do great things.”
What am I missing? Is he asking to be motivated without a proper pay?
