Asus zephyrus m16 bad performance

im having this issue since i got this laptop some games will run smoothly and some will just run like shit with very low gpu usage about 30% but others will 100% i tried many things i just dont know how to fix sometimes the same game at the start will have like 100% gpu usage and suddenly drops to 30-40%
