Nissan WiFi

Does anyone know how to get a 2.4ghz connection? Nissan says it does both but I only see one . I have a thinkware q850 dashcam but it doesn’t see the WiFi even though my iPhone and pixel do, thinkware claims it’s because there is no 2.4ghz connection
