Need suggestions

I am traveling on a late-night train, and a group of six people, possibly a family, is celebrating their son's birthday at 12:30. The poor kid was sleeping, and his mom woke him up to celebrate his birthday, disturbing the entire bogie.

They turned on the lights and started cutting the cake, followed by photo sessions, etc.

What can I do? Please suggest. Should I call the TTE or what?
