Almost there (cata jump)

I’m jumping to Cata from Forest Temple and I’ve got it in 2 fairly consistent runs (0-44, 39-100). Any tips on putting the pieces together? Biggest struggle atp is nailing down that transition from ship to cube at around 43% in normal mode.
