Next steps?

I recently got my LCSW (hooray!) and was excited to find an amazing, well-paying position. But most of the positions I see are 1099 and don't offer insurance or much stability. I thought it would be so different, but now I am wondering if I should just pour my energy into building a private practice or just keep trying to find a full-time position that isn't community mental health and burnout or pay for service and no benefits. Would love to hear your experiences or advice!
