Two questions- jeans and body changes PP.
I have two children, my youngest turning 15 months this month. I’m still about 10ish lbs heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight prior to my last and final pregnancy. I’m not doing anything to lose weight currently, but my stomach is still very round.
I did see a pelvic floor therapist for a few months. She said my muscle separation was very slight so I don’t have diastasis recti. But I do have an anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders/poor posture. These two things have been improved through PT, but my extremely tight pelvic floor is still an issue. My stomach is pretty firm so I don’t believe this is an issue with fat, I feel like my muscles just healed so my stomach is protruding or something? Idk, but I ran out of visits to my pelvic floor therapist.
Does anyone else have the same kind of stomach issue and were you able to find exercises to help bring it back inward?
Also, for the other thing. I measured my stomach around my belly button and the widest part of my hips/butt and I legit only have a 3 inch difference. My belly was 43” and my hips are 46”. Do any of you with a similar build have jean recommendations? All of my jeans will either fit my belly at the beginning of the day and then slowly keep sliding down so I’m constantly pulling them up or they fit my hips/butt but they are too tight for my stomach so I’m pretty uncomfy lol. Gotta love postpartum!
