Never Received Canvases

I ordered a few needlepoint canvases on Etsy back in May… and never received them. I want to blast the designer because I saw they posted about a health issue all summer.

The problem is, they closed their Etsy shop. I can’t file any kind of claim with Etsy because it has been over 100 days. I’ve emailed them, I’ve messaged them on social media, and I know they’re creating orders again just through a website instead of Etsy.

Does anyone have any recommendations at this point? Feel free to DM here - I really don’t want to drag someone through the mud, but I would love to get $137 back if I can’t get the canvases.
