Which one is better of this two build + help with the ohter parts

Hi i have two build that i got suggested for my first build. Budget 2000€ to 3000€ from Italy ( should include monitor, mouse, keyobard and headphone).

Build 1: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/gmffqH

Build 2: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/GLRb74

For Monitor i was thinking between (depending on how much budget i still got):

1. ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACMG
2. ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMG

For Mouse the Logitech G403 Mouse Gaming Sensore HERO.

For Keyboard the Keychron K2 V2, but it's currently not available so i need more suggestion from you.

For headphone i have no idea, but i think they should be less than 100€

And i need a good mouse pad too, the big ones
