Is there anything like Frank Gambales Chop Builder with more of a focus on chords?

Chop builder has improved my playing immensely, Ive just been doing the exercises for more than a year (playing around ten years) wouldnt think that some dvd with exercises would help me more than anything but here we are. My rhythm and chord playing is very weak, and it would be perfect if I could have something similar for that, different time signatures, progressions, exercises where I could shut my mind off and just play and practice. Does anyone know of something media? guitar pro tabs could also work but I would prefer video form
